2025 South Florida Fair Showcases Futuristic Culinary Delights

The South Florida Fair 2025 will offer over a hundred food booths, debuting 'New Foods of the Future' themed dishes.
The 2025 South Florida Fair is set to captivate attendees with an array of innovative culinary creations as it returns to the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach from January 17 to February 2. In addition to its traditional attractions, including rides, live music, and exhibits, this year's fair will feature 110 food booths, embracing the theme 'Imagine the Future'.

Notably, 11 of these booths will present 'New Foods of the Future', introducing attendees to unique and imaginative dishes.

Visitors can expect to try items such as FUTURE FLAME TENDERS from Sivori Catering, a HOLOGRAPHIC CHEESY JALAPENO PRETZEL DOG from Gertrude's Pretzel, and POP ROCKET FRIED OREOS from the Cookie Jar.

George's Fun Food will offer a FLAMING HOT CHEETO CORN DOG, while attendees can cool down with a MILKY WAY SWEET PICKLE SHAKE from Miller & Co. Ice Cream.

In an interactive twist, fairgoers will have the opportunity to sample all 11 futuristic dishes and cast their votes for the standout creation at southfloridafair.com/FOODSOFTHEFUTURE.

Newcomers to the fair include FORKE'T ME NOT, known for winning the 2023 People's Choice Best Fair Food at the North Carolina State Fair.

Their offerings include gourmet tacos and mac n' cheese, along with an entry in the futuristic lineup: the Hyper Cajun Taco.

Another addition, HOG WILD BBQ, brings a classic barbecue menu with pulled pork sandwiches, brisket, ribs, smoked turkey legs, and unique sides like redneck nachos and bull fries.

The South Florida Fair remains a significant event in the region's cultural calendar, providing an enticing mix of entertainment and culinary exploration.

Ticket prices for the fair range from $10 in advance to $20, depending on the day of the week, with additional ride vouchers and wristbands available for between $25 and $45. The fair welcomes guests from noon to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends, except for its closing evening.
